We charge no upfront fees, although following completion of your mortgage we will charge a fee which is negotiated with you at the outset. This fee will never be more than 1% of the mortgage and the amount will be clearly shown on the illustrations which we provide. Our typical Broker Fee is only £297 and is payable on completion of the loan. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances and the complexity of the mortgage proposition.
In addition to residential mortgages, we can also arrange Buy to Let loans*, Mortgage and Family Protection, Life and Critical Illness Cover and Buildings and Contents insurance. We can also refer you to BPL Solicitors for competitively priced Conveyancing*. We are specialists in dealing with large loans and the financing of substantial mortgage portfolios*.
