We are whole of market mortgage brokers and unlike many other advisers, we have access to a wide selection of lenders who we can recommend for your needs. We therefore pride ourselves on finding the most suitable mortgage for your needs whilst keeping the experience as smooth as possible.
We charge no upfront fees, although if your mortgage does go ahead we will charge a fee which is negotiated with you at the outset. This fee will never be more than 1% of the mortgage and the amount will be clearly shown on the illustrations which we provide. Our typical Broker Fee is £297 and is payable on completion of the loan. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances and the complexity of the mortgage proposition.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
