We have a number of trained mortgage advisers who would be happy to discuss all aspects of any proposition in total confidentiality. You may already come to us with your own ideas and in that case we may be able to offer alternatives. Your initial consultation, whether by telephone or face to face, is entirely free of charge and places you under no obligation.

We have access to a whole of market panel where Tracker and Fixed Rate products are currently very popular. We charge no up front fees, although if your mortgage does go ahead we will charge a fee which is negotiated with you at the outset. This fee will never be more than 1% of the mortgage and the amount will clearly be shown on the illustrations which we provide. Our typical Broker fee is £497 and is payable following completion of the transaction. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances and the complexity of the mortgage proposition.

We do also specialise in Buy to Let financing through our whole of market panel proposition. In general, Buy to Let mortgages are not currently regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
